🕯️ Candles & Wicks

Q: What are your candles made from?
A: My candles are made with a blend of ethically sourced beeswax and coco crème wax—known for their clean, long-lasting burn and excellent scent throw. The wax is renewable, non-toxic, and free from paraffin.

Q: Do your candles use wooden wicks or cotton wicks?
A: I use two types of eco-friendly wicks: FSC-certified wooden wicks and sustainable bamboo wicks reinforced with cotton. Wooden wicks offer a soft crackling ambiance, while bamboo wicks provide a quiet, clean, and even burn.

💨 Room Sprays

Q: What’s in your room sprays? Are they safe?
A: Absolutely. My room sprays are crafted with Luxury Perfumers Alcohol, natural glycerin, Polysorbate 20 (for blending), and Geogard 221 (a gentle, eco-friendly preservative). They're phthalate-free, non-toxic, and skin-safe for everyday use.

Q: How long do room sprays last?
A: Each spray lingers beautifully in the air and on fabric, typically lasting several hours. For longer-lasting freshness, a few spritzes throughout the day will do the trick.

🧼 Soaps

Q: Are your soaps good for sensitive skin?
A: Yes! My soaps are made with a nourishing blend of goat milk and shea butter—no sulfates, parabens, synthetic dyes, or harsh detergents. They're gentle, moisturizing, and ideal for sensitive skin.

Q: Are your soaps palm-free and cruelty-free?
A: They are both. I intentionally use a palm-free base to protect rainforests and support ethical farming. All ingredients are cruelty-free, and never tested on animals.

🌿 Sustainability & Ingredients

Q: Are your fragrance oils natural?
A: I use high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils that are ethically sourced, safe, and cruelty-free. While not all are 100% essential oil-based, they meet strict clean ingredient standards.

Q: Do you use clean or non-toxic ingredients?
A: Yes! Every product is formulated with clean, non-toxic, and eco-conscious materials. That includes sustainable waxes, gentle preservatives, and skin-safe fragrances.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?
A: I use recyclable, compostable, or reusable materials wherever possible—including shipping materials. I also encourage customers to reuse or refill jars and packaging to reduce waste.

📦 Shipping & Orders

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All products are handcrafted and shipped from Minnesota.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or large launches, it may take a little longer—but I always do my best to ship quickly and keep you updated!

Q: Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
A: At this time, I primarily offer shipping. However, local pickup may be available during vendor events or special promotions—follow me on social media for updates!
